The House, Pool Pavilion, Tennis Court Tent Pad, 40’x120’ frame tent, (100) white resin padded chairs, (6) tall cocktail tables, (10) 60” round tables, (2) Farm tables (for indoor use only), and (2) 8’ Tables.

The House

Historic & rustic with a modern flair. This beautiful, 218 year old, Italianate house was built c. 1805 in Floydsburg, KY. The home has maintained its historic elements and has been updated with luxury furniture and all the necessities to achieve the perfect event for you. The house has been recently renovated to offer a modern solution while upholding the venue's character and historic prominence.

The Interior

Wedding parties will have access to the home including the Bradshaw Suite, Murner Styling Suite, Duncan Suite, Wakefield Game Room, Great Room, Bourbon Room, updated kitchen, and a beautiful porch.

The Bourbon Room

It wouldn't be a Kentucky wedding without bourbon, right? On the main level of the house is our famous Bourbon Room which is great for socializing and the perfect place for pictures!
