Corporate Events

Bradshaw-Duncan House is available for corporate events ranging from company celebrations and Derby events to team building retreats and employee appreciation events.  There are 3 cleared acres that are available to create an event to remember. We offer a variety of spaces and layouts that we can tailor to your needs. We have 2 private suites that can be used as a green room for any entertainment or speakers.  The Catering Cottage is great for all of your vendors and is climate controlled with it's own restroom.  We do offer the whole property for daily, weekly or weekend rentals.  We also offer 3 days for an amazing Derby experience for your employees and customers.  Contact us today to discuss pricing and availability.
